WinBig21 Casino Review 2026: WinBig21 Sister Sites, Alternatives, Games & Bonuses in the United Kingdom

WinBig21 Casino Review - Welcome Bonuses Mobile App Casino Games Alternatives and More

The world of online gaming is usually quite an exciting spot. It provides you with plenty of thrilling games to choose from, slots with varied gameplay, free spins to use towards your favorite titles and lots of other gaming services. And one casino brand which tries to position itself as a top-tier option is WinBig21.

That's a gambling platform which has been set up on the Rival software and looks good at first glance. But what are they on the second? Does WinBig21 offer you to enjoy your winning streak or are they as bad as most of the other Rival Gaming casinos I've reviewed so far? That's something you'll get to know further below where I'll tell you what the casino aims to do and if they succeed in doing so. Or if they fail to.

  • License: no official information about licensing
  • Owner: no official information about ownership
  • Welcome bonus: 200% matched deposit bonus
  • Popular features: some video poker games, crypto payments
  • Sister sites: no official info about any direct sister brands

WinBig21 sister sites: Alternative platforms on the same license as WinBig21 Casino

Since I've got no idea who actually runs WinBig21 casino, I cannot actually even begin to look through their sister sites. Because I cannot know if they've got any direct such. What I can tell you, though, is they're set up on the Rival software which makes them, more or less, related to other casinos which utilize the same technology. And I'll show you a few of them.

This is Vegas casino

This is Vegas casino doesn't get anywhere near a full-blown Vegas style. It's got the same design as basically all the other Rival platforms and has just as not-so-good bonus offers. The game library doesn't make it any better, though, but provides you with the same standard and relatively bland selection of slots, table and live options, along with the specialties. Withdrawal rules are biased too much against you and good luck actually reaching anyone from the support team.

Cocoa Casino

Cocoa casino is supposed to be a chocolate-flavored online casino with many sweet delights to discover. But that's actually far from reality. Because the general experience is nothing sweet or cocoa-flavored. Actually, it's the same standard deal you'll see across all the other platforms, too. With bonuses you can't cash out anything from, completely unfair t&cs on payments and an overall lack of anything outstanding to making it all worth it.

Vanguards Casino

Vanguards casino is a pretty similar brand, too, which doesn't have anything special to offer either. The experience here is just the standard one which you'll find across all the alternative platforms of Rival Gaming. Which means, sure, you'll be able to pick from a handful of interesting games but that's pretty much it. Because you're neither having the security provided by proper licensing nor any truly fair terms and conditions.

Best alternative to Win Big 21 welcome bonuses for players in the United Kingdom

Since the bonuses with the Rival casinos aren't anything much better than what you'll see at Win Big 21 and your chance of getting some winnings cashed out are pretty low, I'd like to slightly deviate from what I standardly do and show you completely different alternative casino platforms where there are some much better promo offers to claim.

Online casinoWelcome bonus offer for new players
GQbetwelcome matched bonus up to £500
Patrick Spinswelcome bonus package up to £300 plus 300 free spins
7Abet300% match up to £200 plus 50 free spins

Amunbet casino450% match up to £2,700 plus 450 free spins

WinBig21casino bonuses and promotions to claim after you register

Even though I'm not the biggest fan of the promotions that WinBig21 features, I'd still like to show you what they offered me when I signed up, even if it's just to show you why I'm against claiming their bonuses. Of course, it's got to do with the terms and conditions. And I'm not talking about deposit method eligibility, game contribution and similar. I'm talking about whether it's actually possible to claim a given bonus, play it through and get any winnings withdrawn.

200% wager free bonus

Win Big 21 casino provides you with a seemingly generous 200% match bonus up to £3,000. It's available on a minimum deposit of £100 and comes with no wagering requirements. But you need to win at least one time the bonus amount prior to be able to request any payout. And you can only withdraw money if your balance is bigger than your deposit plus 2x the bonus plus any converted comp points. In the simplest case scenario, if you deposit £1,500 and you get the max bonus of £3,000, you'll have to have at least £1,500 + 2x £3,000 = £7,500 to be able to request a withdrawal.

Claim £50 on a £10 crypto deposit

If you credit min £10 into your account via cryptocurrencies, you'll be able to claim £50 in bonus funds. This promotion comes with 45x playthrough which means you'll need to wager £2,250 prior to be eligible to request a withdrawal.

100% match with zero wagering

There's another promo offer which looks good at first glance because it comes with 0x wagering requirements. It's supposed to give you 100% match on a min deposit of £75 up to £1,500 in max bonus funds. The issue, though, is that, first, you need to win min 1x your bonus amount prior to requesting a payout.

But... you'll need to have a balance equal to your deposit, the bonus amount times twice plus any converted comp points. Which means if you deposit just the min of £75, you'll need to have £225 to be able to request a withdrawal. Hypothetically.... Because for every credit you wager during the promotion you'll get 20 comp points which brings up the total to even more.

Other promotions

There are several other bonuses like the ones I've mentioned above within the WinBig21 promotional section. For instance, the 250% bonus which comes on a min deposit of £450 and has zero wagering requirements but the same t&cs on withdrawals with the added drawback of giving you 30 comp points per every £1 you wager. Why drawback? Because that brings the min amount you need to have to be able to request a withdrawal even further up.

And there is another £20 bonus you can claim on a min £5 deposit that comes with 45x bonus playthrough.

Cashback

I saw several mentions of cashback within the site but I didn't find any such option within the promotional offers that were provided to me when I signed up. But when I took a look at the general t&cs, I decided that I'm better off without using this special perk. Because you can claim cashback only if your balance is under £100, you'll need to play the money through 1x and you've got max withdrawal limit of 2x the cashback bonus. On top of it all, they've got the right to deduct your cashback from your pending withdrawal.

Loyalty programme

The VIP club of WinBig21consists of you claiming comp points per £1 wagered. Then you'll be able to exchance those at the rate of 100 000 comp points for £100. Let's translate them into more comprehensive numbers. You'll need to play through £100 000 to claim 100 000 comp points which you can then convert into £100. Not quite a great convertion rate, right? So much about any good loyalty rewards.

Win Big 21 game selection: Slots, table games and more

And now's the time to turn my attention towards the game library which WinBig21provides and check whether they actually offer some interesting opportunities to win big.

Slot games

About 780 slot games are provided within the Win Big 21 game library. You might think that's good enough, right? Well, it could have been if the selection featured some better options. But generally here you'll be able to play on a dozen Spinomenal games, a handful of Fugaso ones, four by Felix Gaming, about a dozen by Tom Horn and almost as many by Instanet.

Most of the options included are powered by Saucify, Dragon Gaming, Qora Games and, of course, Rival. There's nothing that astounishing to see here. The slots you'll see included don't cover any of the UK's favorites. Sure, some classics, various adventures, animal-themed slots, fantasy ones and fishing games are here. But their quality and popularity are simply not enough to make it worth it.

Now, it's pretty hard to verify the fairness of the games here, too. Sure, the WinBig21 terms and conditions mention that the slots are regularly audited by third parties who certify the RNGs. But the transparency stops here. Because there's no mention about who does this.

Whether it's eCOGRA? Or iTech Lab? Or a company nobody's ever heard of and which barely does anything? No way to actually know. And when you combine that with the fact that WinBig21 doesn't have a license, it's even more clear why you should avoid them. Yes, I'm not talking about not having a license by the UK Gambling Commission but, like, at all. Completely none. And that directly means I cannot believe anything they say about game fairness.

Table games

The table games included within the WinBig21 casino collection aren't any better either. They cover 37 options predominantly by Rival, Betsoft, Vivo Gaming and a few other providers. The majority of those options are blackjack and roulette ones, combined with a handful of baccarat and a couple of more specific options like Card Clash and Pai Gow. A separate section with video poker games is included, too, and it's got Joker Poker, Tens or Better, Deuces Wild, Aces & Faces, as well as some additional titles, primarily by Rival.

Live casino games

If you've been wanting to enjoy the thrill of the live dealer experience... look elsewhere. There are slightly over a dozen tables with a third of those being operated by Vivo Gaming and the others being ran by Fresh Deck Studios. You'll see five roulette tables, three blackjack ones, a couple of baccarat options, Casino Hold'Em, Live Poker and Dragon Tiger. That's basically all.

Specialty games

WinBig21 operates a separate collection of the so-called specialty games where you'll see a bigger variety of options, even though none of those are popular enought among UK players to make it worth your time. At least they diversify the gaming experience a bit, mainly with crash, arcade and instant win options. A few scratch cards are included, too.

Payment methods provided at WinBig21: What deposit and withdrawals Winbig21 casino offers and most important T&Cs to know

The major drawbacks I've got to point out about WinBig21 are the ones related to deposits and withdrawals. But let me start from the beginning and first show you what payment options you'll be provided with. Well, those include:

  • Visa and Mastercard
  • MiFinity
  • cryptocurrencies
  • bank transfer

Withdrawals are possible through wire transfer and Bitcoin only. Alright, so far so good.

But there are just too many issues with the banking structure of WinBig21 when you look at the terms and conditions of the platform. One of those is the fact that on all deposits under £250 you'll have a max cashout of no more than 10x your deposit amount.

In terms of fees, the WinBig21's team doesn't hold back. They have a 3-6.5% charge on all deposits via certain methods, as well as payout fees of somewhere between £10-£40. I hope they won't charge £40 on a £50 withdrawal, which is the minimum limit, but who knows. The max payout, on the other hand, is £1,500 per transaction and £10,000 a month and this covers progressive jackpot winnings, so if you manage to win, say, a £100,000 jackpot, good luck getting it paid out any time soon.

And then all that is combined with the fact that a single payout request might take up to 18 business days to be approved by the casino's team. Yes, 18 business days, that's true. Pretty slow by today's standards. Especially considering you're supposed to get much faster payouts on cryptocurrency payments.

Reaching out to the customer support at Win Big 21

Now let's talk a bit about the customer support experience of WinBig21. They offer you several ways to reach out to the casino's representatives. One of those is the phone support available at +1 718 732 0154 which I generally recommend you avoid due to the potential of incurring high phone bill charges.

You can text them at [email protected] or at [email protected] for issues with verification and payments or hit them up with a message via their live chat. But the issues are with the response times.

As many other players have noted, a customer support representative is quick to pop up on your live chat right after you sign up and prompt you to claim the welcome package. What a generosity, right? But they're pretty slow to respond later on when you inquire about why you cannot cash out your winnings and why is your withdrawal taking forever.

Responsible online gambling with WinBig21

And even when it comes to responsible gambling tools there are some issues to note. After all, if you've played with the UKGC casinos, you'll know that you're completely free to set up your deposit, spending and loss limits directly from your account settings. Here, though, you'll need to text the support team whose representatives are supposed to set those limits for you.

After you've send them an email on what you want those to be. But good luck actually reaching a representative and actually getting them to set those limits up for you, considering that's one of the main drawbacks here: the fact you'd be basically unable to get any replies from the support for ages.

Win Big 21 casino review conclusion

WinBig21 casino has too many issues to be worth your time. Starting with the fact they aren't licensed, going through the not to interesting game library, through the plenty of problems related to withdrawals and the unresponsive support team. So, I recommend you stay clear of both WinBig21 and all its alternative Rival brands, too.

Whatever you decide about your next gaming stop, though, always play responsibly, never wager more than what you can afford to lose and keep in mind that gambling is supposed to be a source of fun only.
